We’re a chill guild whose focus is raiding semi-hardcore. That is to say, we expect everyone to be prepared and with full consumables to clear everything quickly and efficiently, but we’re not going for speed clear strats, split runs, server firsts, compulsory beta testing, etc. 10m raids are optional as well for everyone as well, but there are generally several that run each week.
We run a combination of thatsmybis.com lists (which you can customize for yourself) and loot council for loot distribution, with an aim to distribute loot as evenly as possible, while rewarding raiders who are more consistent and who go above and beyond.
Our raid times are (in server time):
Wednesday 8pm - 11pm
Thursday 8pm - 11pm
Presently we full clear all HMs+Alg in 1 night, but we want people to be available for both days going into future tiers.
