Do you think that it’s possible to see Hozen before Shadowlands been part of the Horde? Just like we saw with the Highmountain Tauren and Nightborne in Legion before Battle for Azeroth?

It’s good to see the Horde utilize the Hozen that became part of the Horde in MoP. I support them in being playable, myself, and never knew this NPC existed. They look awesome!
…if only the Horde would remember they have a few clans of Ogres within their ranks and utilize them as well. <- <

Nope.
The “player animations” are mined WAYYYYYYYY in advance (such as the vulpera/mechagnome ones, with the Vulpera ones being over a year.)
So anymore, it is very obvious when something “might” be the next allied race.
I guess Shadowlands is still pretty far off, though.

Sure, been wanting the Hozen and Jinyu to join our factions since MoP. And with Ankoan up again theres no reason not to include them. Unless of course they wanna give us Sethrak instead

I mean they turned diaper gnomes into an allied race. This doesn’t seem like that far a stretch.
If only. I want to see what they cook up for the female ogre too.

Ogres or Mok’Nathal are really required at this point. There are a number of ogre tribes that have been part of the horde for years with a few more brought over with the Mag’har and a good handful of Mok’nathal are part of the horde or are horde aligned. They are an original horde race and with the horde attempting to return to its roots its a perfect time to reach out to historic allies and mend the wrongs together.

Absolutely not. They’re a joke race that helped the Horde once and have had no relevance since then, they don’t have a female model, and they don’t share anything in common with a core race in terms of either biology or appearance. There is nothing to suggest they’ll ever be playable.
Because they were the focus of their own zones and reused the skeletons of already playable races. People remember them for the former while people remember hozen because they talk funny.

Same reason why Broken or Ogres don’t become playable.
It’s not a pretty race.
