How/Where Dawnbreaker challenger cache?

I don’t do dungeons typically. Or at least haven’t much whenever I play retail. Need challenger cache in the Dawnbreaker dungeon for some recipes. Is it a random chest somewhere or an actual challenge that has to be completed?

Any info appreciated.

Apparently people already have the recipe… but i guess some lucky peeps found them from random drops.
