Is it fun? Because I was wondering in terms trying out Tanking and such or do you have to start over again with a fresh start ether in Classic or Retail in General to be a Tank Paladin?
I tanked mainly in Wrath (raids) and bit in Legion/Cata (no raids). Started back up again this expansion and running +20 keys with pugs.
If you want to tank, nothing is stopping you.
This question is actually confusing, why are you bringing up classic and retail?
Depends on how you define “fun”. I mean the main rotation is just 4 buttons (judgement, sotr, shield throw, crusader strike; hammer of wrath when available) and maintaining divine bulwark (buff from sotr). If you don’t like too much buttons and quick clicking, then I guess protpally is pretty good.
its very simple and enjoyable, but DH is much more fun:)
