i might level one up and play it haha
Good ones are usually cutting edge. And I’m pretty sure upper tier in healing
The top healers right now are mostly Mistweaver and RSham, though there are some standout druids.
Druids running mastery builds can pull some disgusting numbers in the realm of 40k on stack-up fights with steady damage, but those numbers don’t actually show up unless you pare down your healers to the bleeding edge of what it takes to keep the raid alive (and naturally, have no room for rescuing the occasional screwup).
It works very well when you’re already a Cutting Edge group that consistently does everything right and is comfortable sitting on the razor’s edge, but for semi-casual raid guilds, expect to gray parse often because other healers snipe stuff to full before your hots can tick more than 1-2 times.
Druids had a quite late buff 1 week before mythic started, by that time most cutting edge guilds had already chosen not to run druids, since disc priest fills a similar role and has more utility.
I feel we are in a quite good spot now (wouldnt be without the buff). Compared to disc priests, druids are more versatile (disc is a terrible single target healer while druid can help a bit there), but they dont have the damage neither the barrier.
(And priests are quite bad in m+)
