I am aware of how yulon works and what it does. I am also aware that outside of a very narrow set of parameters (clumped and organized pve) it is essentially a useless mana sink in all other circumstances.
Well it’s a good thing then that almost all of the first tier in PvE are stacked fights? Yu’lon/Chi-ji are great CDs for this tier when used properly.
Also a lot of CDs are significantly worse in PvP for various reasons. All of the shaman CDs can be killed by an auto attack, most others from other classes can be interrupted or dispelled.
