IMHO, meh.
Also, it’s a challenge mode set. You’re asking effectively for the same thing as the Mage Tower transmogs from Legion, but there’s not much chance the developers are going to divert effort to rebuilding and rebalancing challenges for current classes and play mechanics. It’s a lot more than just plopping the sets back on the vendor.
