You couldn’t gave possibly played cata when it came out to rate that an A. Only thing that saves it from wearing the worse expansion crown is the last 2 expansions.

Except MoP was actually good and had some of the best class design.

If Shadowlands started with 9.1 features, such as frree swap between covenants, and allowed proper riding in Maw, w/o patch gated flying, it would have been a solid B+ xpac.

People are overly dramtic imho.
Raids were good.
Dungeons were great too.
Renown was a miss due to it being new.
Rest was fine.

…meanwhile in Vanilla 80% of specs in the game are not viable, itemization is utter crap, insane mob grind, super grindy baseline. 80% of Shadowlands fetures were optional.

Expansions are too big for grades to make any sense. Some zones in each expansion better than others.

It’s like the Emmys where they give an award to Best Series. It makes no sense. Each series has it’s good episodes and bad episodes. Same here.

The problem with Shadowlands wasn’t that it was bad, it was boring, which is the worst thing a game can be.

IS that what you ment? If so, I did play Cata and Cata was a F for me not a A. Cata is when the game went down hill, and never recovered. Aside from Warriors rend spreading on a thunderclap to all mobs. The rest was not at all fun.
