I highly doubt they’ll have this system available at the start of a season, or if they do, it’ll probably require x amount of conquest earned in order to unlock.

Thats what i want to believe, but considering they never made the “win 1 rated game at that bracket every week” to maintain upgrade rights work properly i’m a bit skeptical 
Also if they go through with giving higher conquest caps to higher rated players, that could make for funny start of season shenanigans
