How to use Corsair Vengeance K 90 under Windows 10?

Anyone have suggestions about how to use a Vengeance K 90 non-RBG keyboard under Windows 10 so that the macro keys (the G1 - G18 keys) will work (I just want them to mirror other keys, so that G1 will key in the “1” key, for example)?

It seems that Corsair pretty much dropped support for the keyboard and the macro keys. Unfortunately, it is an excellent mechanical keyboard, so I suspect it will be around a very long time with excellent key use, other than I can’t use the macro keys.

Thanks for any help in getting the “Corsair Gaming Keyboard Configuration” software to work.

I would try corsair’s forum on their web site. That is your best bet for finding someone who has a strong understanding of their product line (plus their own employees read it as well).

I’m a bit surprised (and disappointed) that they would suddenly drop support for old hardware.

Is there a legacy software you can find somewhere else, like guru3d or something?

Did you try these?

I tried the Corsair legacy software downloads. The firmware update just bricks the keyboard ( though it is easy to reset it) the management software is what isn’t “taking”

I’ll assign keys and nothing happens.

I’ve followed up on their message boards too.

With any luck I’ll make some progress.

Damn, that sucks. That’s pretty unfortunate. Good luck!

What also sucks is that macro keys just are not the norm anymore. I really want an 18 key macro set up so I can map my keys to it and then use bartender to display them just like the keypad.
