My main did the quests last week and got gems for 3 alts, and each alt had their ring uprade last week to 642. This week, my main upgraded his ring to 645 doing the quest. Now I am trying to figure out how to upgrade the ring to 645 on my alts, but cant find the vendor or what needs to be done?
EDIT: Found it, quest is from Apprentice Tanmar. Its a regular looking quest, not a weekly/meta quest icon.
