I know I did the quests ages ago but on my new character… I can’t quite figure out why “A Sound Plan” isn’t complete but I have “Loremaster of Kul Tiras” complete? I’m really stumped not sure where to go from here… trying to unlock these world quests for something to do and work on my new character.
When I go to bfa on alts, the important thing is to go to silithus to get your heart of azeroth, when you go back to Boralus or Dazar’Alor there should be a person on the boat with a quest that will give you access to world quests. It will be a campaign looking quest but you just have to accept it and turn it in right away. That’s worked on my alts lately

Ah yes the Heart of Azeroth okay to Silithus I go.
You might need to get the quest A Dying World in Boralus to get the quest to go to silithus iirc
Nothing at Silithus and no dwarf shows up in Boralus.
Check the addon BTWQuests and the BFA module to see what requirements you might be missing and if you’re on a required questline, but abandoned it in the middle.

Okay I’ll give it a try, this is a new character allied race made a few weeks ago.
Edit: It says I have “Tiragarde Sound” done but “The Pride of Kul Tiras” has “A Sound Plan” greyed out.
I’m so very confused.
Pride of Kul’tiras was a max level questline that required loremaster and the war campaign, and I think A Sound Plan is part of the war campaign, which again is a BFA max level questline.
To check the obvious here, the character you’re looking on is at least level 50?
- Did Dragonflight, started TWW. Wanting to get something from a world quest in BFA, it’s my only reason to do this.

Ooof that showed up some quests in Boralus in particular “A Dying World” for the Heart of Azeroth. This might be my solution lol, I can’t believe I missed that and didn’t know.
Edit: That fixed it, did the Heart of Azeroth quest, back to Boralus and unlocked World Quests from Halford Wyrmbane.
Hooray for that I was going crazy

Doesn’t have to be the HoA, you can also do the intro questline (horde now has a scenario skip) up to the point your return portals are opened. The catch is that you have to find the one NPC breadcrumb quest to start it. That’s a guy standing next to the hero’s call board, not the board itself and not in Dazar/Boralus.
Don’t blame yourself.
I don’t know why but the game frequently unchecks ‘Low-Level Quests’ on both the world map and the mini-map.
I just looked (for this post) and it had done it again on the world map between last night and today.
I believe you have to complete the war campaign and be at least honored or friendly with the factions of the zones to unlock them.
Seems silly right?! I didn’t even have it checked nor did I know it existed. Now that it does, makes my goal of doing Loremaster on 1 character easier
