I have Forge of Souls unlocked already, but not sure how to unlock PoS?
Have to complete quest chain.
Or queue in RDF. You wont unlock it per say but could get it randomly.

No problen. Entrance is on the west side of ICC. You’ll see a bunch of npcs milling around on the platform. Youll need to go inside to find the ladies.
Thats just the intro. Dont need it to finish quest line. Just informs you to go to Jaina/Sylvanas
There is, but not necessary. I got the questline done from getting FoS as a random in LFD, accepted the quest from Slyvie and just did it from there. No need for a breadcrumb.

For the record: you do not have to manually go to the dungeon, you can just queue for Forge of Souls
I don’t remember if you need the breadcrumb quest or not, but just in case you can find it in Dalaran. After that just follow the questline through each dungeon sequentially. Make sure you turn in each quest at the first opportunity, as the 2nd and 3rd dungeon have follow up quests within themselves, unlike the 1st which just has the one

grab it at the start of each instance then make sure you wait at the end for the npc to spawn in and hand in the quest to accept the next part to get into pos and so on

the begining is the end of fos which is the start quest for pos

Pick up the breadcrumb in Dalaran
Speak to Jaina at the beginning of Forge of Souls for the next quest
Complete dungeon
Speak to Jaina at the end of Forge of Souls for the next quest
Queue for Pit of Saron
Speak to Jaina at the beginning of Pit of Saron for the next quest
Do quest objective, kill first boss
Speak to NPC at first boss, or at the 2nd if not turned in at the 1st. Pick up next quest
Complete dungeon. Wait for RP, speak to Jaina to pick up next quest, queue for Halls of Reflection
Speak to Jaina at the start of Halls of Reflection to turn quest in
Final quest will be automatically given after beating the first 2 bosses. Complete Halls of Reflection
Replace Jaina with Sylvanas if playing Horde
