Anyone know when the new Uldum maps unlock? I’m not sure what triggers the transition. I can’t link any screenshots, but the old one apparently only has 4 rare spawns, and the new one has a bunch of events and treasures and rares.
My level 30 has only done quests in silverpine and hillsbrad. My 60 did the BFA war campaign to unlock allied races. Does anyone know exactly what the triggers are to unlock the new version?
This should help you out.

That’s the thing. My 60 hasn’t done any of the visions quests. All he’s done is the alliance war campaign. But treasures and events are still showing up for him.

I think lv 50 as that is the lv you have to be to get Magni’s precious (necklace) that he then stalks you. So you can start Nazjatar then the n’zoth/nyatoleth stuff.

I think it has something to do with being level 50. But I have a 52 character that didn’t do any BFA content and it’s still the old Uldum. So I feel like it’s a combination of being level 50 and doing some of the BFA content which unlocks it, but I’m just not certain. Hoping someone knows for sure.

Its the ‘Hearth of Azeroth’ necklace. You have to have that inorder to start all the BFA end game stuff. You don’t get that quest until lv 50. But you can’t get BFA world quests or go to Nazjatar until you acquire it. Which then in turn sends you to start the quest line with Wrathion that sets up the Uldum / Valley of the four winds. Basically.
