I have used an addon “Quest Completist”, there is many quests related to Mount Hyjal, but there is not " ! " on the NPC.
Very annoying. Can advice where to kick start the first quest?
I have submitted a ticket but no response from WoW support.
If you have not quested in Mount Hyjal on that character before, you need to do quite a bit of it before you can unlock Molten Front. Basically everything in the zone achievement “Coming Down the Mountain” except for Cavorting with Cultists and Extinguishing the Firelord. So where to start is, at the very start of the zone.
You’ll know you have done enough when the large central area changes from a fiery, dusty area filled with earth rumblers and core hounds, to a slightly greener version with no dangerous mobs. This will happen after you speak with Aessina, but you have to do a lot of the other quests first.
If you are going to do it I recommend switching on Track Trivial Quests in the minimap options. There are some easily missed quests (especially one upstairs in an inn) where you aren’t directly sent to the questgiver but you need to do.

I googled and finally found a hint, went back search around.
Damn thing is the quest giver is a a NPC, it is a book on the table.
The book can be found at Sethria’s Roost.
There is no glowing effect either.
