At a complete loss. Have no idea what to do. It’s completely retarded I have unlocked legion artifact appearances for this character but no way to unlock more because I have no class hall? I can get a flight master’s whistle but not a Dalaran hearthstone because why?
It feels like my boosted character is completely bricked at this point.
Can’t use Chromie because I’m lvl 70 and it just goes away. Why doesn’t the NPC just pop up when I go to Legion Dalaran for the 1st time? That seems like a smart idea.
I guess its a question of where you need to go maybe I went to Dalaran in The Broken Isles and my class hall opener just popped up though I am stuck now with a part of it as a npc is not giving me a drake to ride for what I need to do. Hope this helps. Since your horde I can’t tell you where to leave from since I dont remember from my belf pally. Just get to the broke isles and goto Dalaran it should pick up there.
For horde, go to the Valley of Strength in Orgrimmar, go to the notice board infront of Grommash Hold, pickup the Broken Shore quest, then report to the npc at the front of Orgrimmar. If you’ve done it on a previous character, you can do a skip at this point to skip to Dalaran. Otherwise you will need to do the scenario and any subsequent quests.
Also turning on Trivial Quests on the minimap tracker (magnifying glass along side of it) will help ensure you will see the next steps.
Once you arrive in Dalaran, talk to the mage that you appear in front of to get your Dalaran Hearthstone. After completing the quest to get your Dalaran Hearthstone, an npc will stalk you and yell at you until you accept his or her quest. That is the quest start to unlock your Class order hall.
Same process for Alliance, go to Trade District, accept breadcrumb quest from notice board next to central tree, follow to Stormwind Harbor.
I had the same issues on my MoP Remix lv70 “new” characters when they were ported into retail servers. None of the legion class hall starting NPCs were showing up.
The above replies, do those as well. If still issues - what i learned was the TWW intro quest was phase locking out Dalaran as a city for me… so i went and made sure i did the full Legion intro quest line (skipped when i could) and then do the full TWW intro quest line (or skip if able to) till you unlock the org portal.
Then HS to main city, go to Dal HS or Portal and you should be good!
