Does anyone know any way to finally complete the bugged pvp WQ ‘How to Train a Proto-Drake’ in The Waking Shores? I get to 100% completion and am not able finish the quest via killing players OR turning in dragons. It seems a couple other people seeking Valdrakken rep in the zone are having the same issue.
Reloading and exiting game didn’t work… and, to my knowledge, it’s not possible to drop it and start over.

Yeah, I’ve trying to get it to work all day. I could use the rep and don’t really need much else atm. Came back after lunch and still no joy. At least the World Cup is on. 
i am in the same boat. they brought the gliding back from long ago. this is so unable to train period. i so tried of this.

Yep already a topic on this one, and been bugged all day. I’ve went back a few times to check and nothing seems to get it to complete.
Hoping to see a hotfix, but afraid we have to eat this one too
