How on earth did this not become an option in Dragonflight?

Taming dragonkin became an option in Dragonflight.
Lesser Dragonkin. Not Dragons.

Blizzard gave dragonkin in dragonflight because dragons are sentient beings. I don’t see how you’re confused.
This is just “why can’t we tame druids in cat form!?” all over again, isn’t it?
Dragons are a Sapient species, at best you could try asking one if it wants to be your pet…
Maybe it will be into it?

My Cloud Dragons like being my pets… and they are still dragons; including sentient examples of their species in story didn’t prevent the species to be tamed.

It is but sadly they don’t have good abilities so you won’t be able to use them in most content like PvP or raids.

More importantly, how come after 2 decades we still can’t tame Void Hounds from the Core Hound family? Would be nice to have by the time the “Midnight” saga from TWW is released.

I meet all the requirements but still can’t tame dragonkin for my alt.
He’s lvl 61 reknown is maxed (now that it’s warband wide) but the dragon doesn’t offer the quest. I did this already on another alt but still can’t tame.
Is there a bug with this?
