With the S.E.L.F.I.E Camera MKII. you get from mission in your garrison I believe. If you have it, it is under the Toy Box.
Is there any way I can do it without the camera? I dont have that toy
It’s pretty easy to get!! Comes from your garrison missions!
go to get your garrison up and get the mission… enjoy 99% of the content that was provided with 6.1

The shortcut for selfies is AltF4.
Take a picture of yourself.
Question your life choices.
Delete it.

In-game? Garrison Mission, I’m pretty sure in WoD content. You can even get filters.
You can get it without the garrison now. There’s a quest giver for it , a gnome standing on a hill by a pond behind the Dwarven District.
