I am trying to start the Warlords of Draenor questline. However, I cannot find “The Dark Portal” that is supposed to start this per Wowhead. Anyone know where I can find this quest or the start quest, if it is different from this?
Check the Command Board thingy. With the Hero’s Herald, it’s right in Stormwind.

Since you’re 120 you won’t see it. Try the board and make sure u have the trivial question feature turned on to see it.
I checked that, but it wasn’t there. Also, I have ‘greyed’ quest enabled to show easily on maps.
Have u tried going fo the blasted lands and near the dark portal look for dadghar?
I’m actually flying there now, so hopefully there is something there. I figured I would ask on here in advance in case someone has experienced this problem and solved it.
Accepting different quests on the Board will cause more to show up until there’s none. If it never does, that means you made progress on WoD’s story.

Quest starts from Khadgar in blasted lands. He’s standing in front of the dark portal. You can port there from the mage tower in sw by talking to the npc at the bottom of the stairs.
