This is just a little tidbit I thought I’d share, after doing it on my alts. If you’re struggling to reach item level 240 to get into Fated LFR, buy all 233 BoE’s, a 262 BoE and dual 291 legendaries. Buy a 226 weapon and dual 226 trinkets from the ZM vendor. That will put you at exactly 240 item level to start Fated LFR. Have fun. 
I’m using my army of hunter and shaman alts to buy my missing N CN pieces in a few weeks.
Don’t forget that sandworn relics are boa now as well. I’ve been using my stockpile to bump alts to the 240 mark.
So essentially cheese your way to 240 so you can be a drag and non-contributor in LFR so you can get free gear?

The relics are boa. The gear you buy with them is not.
Doesn’t say account wide I just read it.so is it or not .I even went there check it out you can’t give them to you alts they have to earn them. They are bind on pick up items. I don’t know where people are getting this info from my eye don’t deceive me.

I am not at home right now, but I just linked you the item from Wowhead where it says BoA. When I do get home I will see if mine still say BoA, they did last night. So unless they have changed something… I dunno.
Edit: the Relics, the currency you use to buy the gear, are BoA. The gear itself is still BoP. So mail the Relics to your alt and buy the gear.
Oh, plz. My 240 alts do 2 or 3 times as much dmg as ppl you are actually describing.

Well lets see, because when someone essentially presents a strategy to cheese the ilvl requirement, chances are, those players are not going to be itemized well, they typically are not as versed on their rotation and skill as they should be, and time and again, its been proven that people who do this are a drag on LFR groups.
Its funny that you guys get upset when people say “you can just AFK in LFR, get your loot and get out” and you make arguments as to why you need people participating, but yet you post crap like this to cheese the system.
Essentially, you want free gear for doing minimal effort. You are just like the guy who goes afk on pull in LFR. lol.
Oh just a question. You’ve killed everything else except the jailer. Curious is all.
