They moved his quests to other nearby NPC’s during Wrath. But Cataclysm changed a whole lot of quests, and so those quests may just be gone at this point.
There is no way to go to a pre Cata state for the Eastern Plaugelands and Kalimdor in retail. All of that stuff is gone. You can see the Vanilla stuff if you make a Character on a Classic Era server. (Not a Classic Progression server, as those are Cata now.) Some of the BC and Wrath content that has been removed in modern WoW (like the Battle for Undercity quests) are no longer available in any version if the game.
