Does anyone know how to start this rare on Darkshore? He is just laying on a tree with a deer petting him every so often. He is orange not red to kill.
i assume he’s not active atm because Darkshore is Horde owned, so the alliance only rares aren’t active.

But Moxo the Beheader is available, and he’s the Alliance equivalent for Athil Dewfire - the Umber Nightsaber drop. Why is Moxo killable but Croz isn’t?
