It says “Return later to see what Bolvar has planned”. When I googled, they say I have to wait for next server reset. Server did reset yesterday and I still have “Return later to see what Bolvar has planned”. So I can’t start “Starting Over” quesrline. I am completely lost atm. Help? lol
I had this problem and resolved it by going directly to Firim (dude in the cave north of Haven). It didn’t show the quest on the map but when i talked to him i was able to skip the Bolvar step and continue the campaign.
