does anyone know how to get the quest unlock it
You need to be level 30 to do the Cata zones, whether you’re in Chromie Time or not. Once you hit 30, if the portals at the north end of SW don’t work check your Adventure Guide got see if there’s a starter quest available. If not, I’d just fly up to Nordrassil in Mount Hyjal & pick up the quests there to get started.
