Make Imp Frostbolt reduce SFB by .5 secs also and make Arctic Reach increase SFB range by 6.
Having 30 yd range in SFB is terrible and feels so bad in PvP. Also call Frozen Orb, Ice Shower and make it apply like star fall. Orb is way too easy to avoid.
Lastly and mostly important hire devs that actually know what they are doing.
