If you pick the curio where Brann gives buffs when he speaks suddenly he has nothing to say. Went a whole delve and he has said like one line.
I think there is an addon that silences certain things in the game.
Mute NPC Dialogue may work for you.

OT: there is an addon called “MuteSoundFile” which enables you to mute any annoying sounds you want.

Well they reset Brann in Season 3 when they did away with Season 2 curios! Forget Delves! Tired of his mouthy comments and constantly clinging to you and pulling the whole room!

LOL somehow I’m not surprised. That is right up Blizz’s alley, give a curio that makes Brann buff with his voice. Curio also makes him mute. 100% a Blizzard move.

can the bodyguard miniaturization device be used on him?
i thought about it, but he wasn’t bugging me enough to actually test it… yet.

There should be a gag artefact that stops him from talking all together.
With a knife, perhaps.
A good sharp one.
And a bold man to wield it.
Need a Big Bad wolf addon that tells Brann to, run away little girl, run away *from the death pools!

I read the post, I was merely replying to a different one, so don’t lump me in with the skimmers. 
If people want to shut Bran up, and choose to ignore the info, that’s on them.
Alternatively, If you play like I do. I have all game sounds/music turned off and when I can use my headphones without family aggro, I turn up the Hard rock, Techno, Country, Synthwave
