How to see equipped equipment on my alts while in game?

Is there some way I can see the actual equipped equipment of my alts while I am in game?

I know I can use an AddOn like Bagnon or Sorted to see the Bags/Banks of my alts but how can I see what they are wearing/using?

I must be missing something. Altoholic shows literally everything except equipped gear. I can see my alts bags, bank, professions, talents, quests…but don’t see anywhere about my equipped gear.
