How to say /p : Cleaned [Spell name] from [Allyname] or [TargetName]

I want to say “Cleaned [Putrid Waters] (with Link) from [AllyName]” in party chat after Dispelled.

How do I make this one? Addon or Macro ?
Please help.

P.S => I found Dispel Announcer on Wago but not working.
