Want to bonus roll for the horse mount, but can’t reset the instance.

Is there any way to reset the instance and bonus roll it without having to join someone else’s grp?

Nope. You can loot it once a week and that’s it.

Midnight can be bonus rolled.

You can. Legion mythic behaves no differently than raids in terms of lockouts.
