its completely unuseable somehow the bars are all dragged around and cant see my screen. i use the presets but this doesnt do anything modern or classic. i hit reset in the interface and it reset everything but this dang ui. I just want everything back to stock but i cant play now.

If you’re asking how to make the UI go back to how it was before the UI change, you can’t. Maybe they’ll add in that option later, but I doubt it. Can you not play because it’s just so different or is there some sort of glitch?
Download Bartender, its better then using the stock UI <3

even with bartender installed i cant fix it, completely unplayable and i cant resize these damn bars. this is crap blizz is a pile of dog crap if there is no reset to default.
So I literally had to reinstall the game to finally get the new UI back to its default look. So silly that you can mess up the UI bad and cannot just click a reset UI button. Typical shoddy work.
This might be a user error thing? Because when I click on Edit Mode I can drag the bars around the screen. To resize them you right click on them in Edit Mode and change the scale.

It got to a point they could not be and i couldnt move them at all. And there is no simple reset UI to stock because who knows…

I am having similar problems even if I save the ui after fixing it, it gets reset and go all over the place and I have to spend 20 -30 min screwing around with it to get it some what workable and the main action bar box is ginormous sometimes I can get it small but other times it takes up 1/4 of the screen even when switching back between horizonal and vertical. and if I put any other bars over the big main action bat I can’t click or use those buttons so I have to put it somewhere way out of way making me have to look multiple places and causing me to have small gaps in things that I could do greatly affecting my dps. To me this is pretty much un playable and have drastically doped the amount I log on and it’s come to the point where I don’t even want to play anymore because it is too much of a head ach. Someone really needs to make an addon to revert to the old ui or blz needs to make that an option because right now this is worse then trash.

Based on Beta discussions about the new UI, the information in now stored server-side rather than on the local computer in the WTF/Cache folders. It used to be easy for a player to just rename those folders and solve a host of “glitchy” issues (e.g., crash during a logout with a partial or corrupted config file). With the UI (among other things) now being server-side, it’s possible for the game to break in a way that a player can’t fix without a support ticket or total re-install.
I never ran into this during my time beta testing, but I did read others reporting this issue.

thats what i had happen. gigantic main action bar i could no longer resize and take up entire middle of screen. im not messing around anymore i just set it to classic ui and touched nothing else AFTER REINSTALLING.

the new UI allowed me to get rid of Bartender.
one less addon to cause problems.
