They are on Bonechewer, a pvp realm.
pvp realms haven’t existed for years.

There are no PvP realms anymore. All realms are Neutral.
That has been done nearly 5 years ago.

are you guys serious? so wowprogress is trash now? lol! when did this happen? I didn’t know, and I just looked up the realm list to see and wp has it listed as pvp.
As I have said we aren’t in warmode wise but we flag and he brings groups to kill us and when we unflag he just starts mass spamming msg and harassing us even if we are just chilling and talking to one another

if you don’t put him on ignore, blizzard won’t do anything.
if you’re in elwynn, even if you’re flagged, you still can’t be attacked.
