I been seeing this too, I also benefited from whoever was doing it as I snagged some just using the normal UI. My guess it’s not just one person setting the price.

As far as selling your own goods, it’s real easy to see what the stable prices are and just sell at those. They will still sell.

That video is 2 years old befor they made these materials region wide.

Since then, using TSM for high volume high fluid items is a disadvantage because it takes to long to load vs the standard blizzard ah ui. By the time you click and try to buy, someone has already bought them up.

This reminds me a bit of the reddit thread with the guy who decided to sell the jc thing without profit and got mass reported for it by greedy players. There’s definitely a cabal of people who care little about the game a lot about gold FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON.

  1. Two players discuss a trade and agree on a 1000 golds for a certain amount of goods. Player A puts the goods on trade window and player B puts 1000g. But then player B changes the 1000g to 1g and confirms trade. Player A wasn’t paying attention and didn’t notice, and accepted the trade.

→ Actually you may even get banned, there is a support option specifically for this kind of scam.

  1. A person leaves their wallet on top of the table and you happen to take it, because well, the owner didn’t pay attention.
    → A crime in any democratic country.
