How to remove or move Text Bubbles?

Those that have the character speaking that usually appear above your bars, such as in World Quests

Been messing around with Edit Mode and now this appears literally on top of my bars which is beyond frustrating.

So yeah any way to either move it or remove it altogether?

I use an addon called BeQuiet - it removes the txt box - but it does remove the sound too

In edit mode, says talking heads main popup in middle. Select it and move.

If you install Plumber it has a nice option to turn them into text in your screen instead of a talking head box.
