Have Talanji seeking revenge use mass dispell and silence to counter and kill Jaina Proudmoore.
That makes zero sense lorewise, Talanji’s whole spiel is that she’s wiser than her father in later years, and has learned both from his and her own mistakes in being rash and throwing herself and her people into the Alliance vs Horde faction war.
She doesn’t want vengeance, she wants peace and stability for her people. Now maybe a Sunreaver Spellbreaker? Blood Elves 100% are conceited enough to still hold a grudge even where it’s their fault.

I mean, you 100% could, but it just wouldn’t make sense with Talanji who’s entire character growth arc is about how her actions caused the first desecration of Zandalar.
Meanwhile… gestures to arrogant Blood Elves “Plenty of motive and actual willingness.”
Have the Alliance go from a Monarcy to a Democracy and wait. 
Horde vs Alliance flaring up again will play havoc with mixed-faction guilds.
