There are transmogs I want from these covenants.

How do I QUICKLY get the venthyr points to get the transmogs?

Okay their storyline and do the world quest in that zone everyday.

Story quests, world quests, mission table, dailies, weeklies, do all of it. Don’t forget about the Maw invasions (particularly the Venthyr one) and I’m pretty sure some of the Korthia weeklies/dailies give covenant rep, too.
