I’m a bit confused. I crafted it yesterday and I’ve been playing around with it. It doesn’t seem like it increases my crit chance on starsurges.
How do I get the most dps out of it?
Basically boils down to always make sure you have 90 AP going into a new eclipse(even if you overcap a little). Once you get the new eclipse dump your AP into starsurges. That’s going to maximize the impact you have with the legendary. It’s still rng though so you can get unlucky but over time it’ll average out.
Gotcha, so it does apply the crit chance into SS and I’m just getting unlucky ??
It applies the crit chance when you enter Lunar or Solar Eclipse for 4s, decaying 10% each second. If you’re using SS outside of eclipse, you’re not getting the extra crit chance at all.
it felt alot better pre nerf but still solid the 50% crit from eclipse felt more like 80-100% early on. cant wait to see them unlock the ability for us to use 2 leggos and we start stacking this with Primordial Arcanic Pulsar haha could be insane dmg

IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU 100% CRIT
youd need to have a large sample of Starsurge casts to correctly really gauge the effect.

never said it did give 100% i just said it felt like it pre nerf as in the 1st week and a hand full of days after the extra crit felt insane and i felt like the nerf was a bit of a knee jerk reaction its hardly the most OP one out
