Base UI scale would be great, except that as you increase it, it reduces the size of your right-hand action bars. So the bars on the bottom, and everything else increase, but the bars on the right shrink. Plus, I don’t need every element on my UI going gargantuan. I just need the font increased.
I see. For mine, I had rescaled the addon UI elements, so only the text is larger. But that would take some time, I’m sure.

But yes, just downloading phanxfont and setting it up is really easy because it’s one spot where you adjust all fonts in the game. Super convenient.
I hope someone else can update it to continue the usefulness without the errors!
For me, I adjusted the UI size, then went into Dominos, SexyMap, and Shadowed Unit Frames to make those elements smaller without affecting the font size.

When you get that error that means you have a bug that’s firing a lot. Like when people post their bug reports and it has x52123 Addon_Action_Blocked? The x52123 is how many times it fired.

Bugsack. That’s one I forgot to mention. It’s great for those pesky lua errors. At the same time, sometimes you have to compromise for your own sanity and ditch an addon if it’s causing issues.
I just use ElvUI. Everything in one UI and it’s updated constantly. I can’t see myself using any other UI setup.

Agreed, I also update my addons and they work perfectly fine. It’s only since blizzard updated their UI that I get these pop ups constantly.
In fact I think that blizzard is purposefully saying the addons are experiencing issues i.e. they are saying they experience lots of issues even when they’re hardly experiencing any in order to get more and more people to abandon addons in favour of playing wholly vanilla.
Problem is their default UI doesn’t have many options. For example the minimap can’t even be resized. I know that’s not super important but it’s so basic that I can’t believe it’s not an option. At 100% UI scale it’s quite large.
Also, most players don’t want to use ELVUI because it looks horrendous unless you take the time to edit it and it’s more addons than most people want at once so it’s a waste of space/memory, it’s a decent suggestion but it’s not a solution for most people.
I’m getting this pop up since I started playing classic about 2 mos ago. I have no add-ons, never had any add-ons in the 11yrs I’ve been playing WOW. Is the only way to get rid of it to NOW get an add-on???
