Does anyone have any tips and tricks to help ease joint pain while gaming?
Listen to your body, and take many breaks when needed to help with the pain. You should be asking your doctor about pain management, though, and not the forums.

I don’t know if this is even a thing anymore but there used to be an old piece of software that would allow you to use voice commands for a lot of in-game actions. Like you could program the word reload and it would be like a macro to reload your weapon based on your voice command.

Being sensitive to certain common foods can be a cause of joint pain.

CBD oil might help.
