Considering it currently does not meet criteria for allowance on the App Store or for use in the OS, you can’t. And it likely never will be allowed since players in general need addons, which Apple would shut down in a heartbeat.
And Apple would insist on a cut of Blizzard’s subscription revenue, which Blizzard would never agree to.
