Collections state that each piece is acquired via a Vendor, but doesn’t say which. The tab also states “World drops”, but WQs and rares drop the yellow tint variant. Anyone knows how to get the green sets?
I got a warbound cloak from the green leather set (Upcycled Outfit) after completing a shipping and handling job streak last week. While I was resting at the garage, the toast icon popped up that I had received it, but my bags were full so it went to my mailbox. You have an extra chance to receive job streak rewards at renown 8 and 12 (50 and 100%). I will have to do more to test and see if I get any other pieces. I didn’t receive any rewards from the event on my main today and I hate doing this event, so I don’t test it out often aside from the weekly quest. Things are so buggy and delayed in the zone lately, I still want to verify this source.
It looks like other pieces can come from the gunk-covered thingy turn-in after renown 11.
It’s possible there are other similar sources, as well.
