How to move/relocate the toybox window?

I did not see this option in the default menu settings, so i got Bartender 4, and still do not see a way to relocate the toybox window.

Why do i want to relocate the toybox window?
A: on a 32:9 monitor I do not like moving my neck to see a thing, and would prefer this window (shared with the mount/pet/heirloom/appearances windows) to be located in the center or slightly off-center of my monitor for ease of use and comfort.

Thank you for anyone that can add to this thread or provide a solution.

I found MoveAny mod, it allows moving and resizing ui elements not normally moved by the base UI.
