How to move zone map in BGs?

I joined a BG and I cannot move the zone map or the eyeball …this is broken as when I being up the map it covers other things I need. I see nothing in edit mode to move it. What gives?

Zone map? The one in the bottom right corner of the screen? Hover over it until the tab shows up, and right click on that to unlock it.

The LFG eyeball is movable with Bartender4. No idea where it is on the default ui.
