How to move the achievement thingy/popup?

So like when I complete something, at the very bottom in the middle a banner or whatever comes up and it seems to be the only thing on my UI I can’t move but want to. Anyone know how to move that to my desired place?

Have you tried the Edit Mode Expanded addon?

It will also affect the placement of the loot announcement popups (like for Garrison Resources or Bronze - in MoP Remix).
