You know I’m not best with some ideas. But I have some good ideas of how to make the Alliance little bit Better instead of being laughable or just a punching bag to those who ether like Anduin or just Human Paladins in General.
Because let’s face it how many times have I heard someone screaming Human Potential or Human Paladin Male Guy.
Right so here’s my ideas:
1: Make Humans less of a Memeable Joke or just Punching bag by Potential Meme that has been throw around within the Forums by making them return back to their old roots of being Warcraft 1, 2, and 3 Humans. So far there’s Gilnean Humans, Kul’tiran Humans, and Stormwind Humans. But when was the last time any Human Paladin Male look even close to the ones in Warcraft 3? Or any Wizard kind at all. Just give Humans their Old Man Beards of Wizards from Dalaran with Thin Human Option for Males and also Make Human Paladins look like Turalyon with Golden Holy light Eyes and Uther’s Style of Hairstyle and Color.
Its not just Customization Options. Have Characters Grow like actually development than just screaming for Peace or have them be trained like Anduin being trained by Turaylon you know that Guy who was in the Second War and a Veteran of the Paladin Society who is more of a Prop than a Actually Character. Have Anduin do something cool like his Father Varian was. Besides Anduin you have other characters like Genn who never retake back his homeland. So let Genn Greymane finally have his home back as well as kicking some Horde Scum of different kind or bring back someone that people missed that Darius Crowley coming back since Cataclysm also kicking some Horde Scum. There’s alot more Human Characters to go with but these are the only ones I can think of atleast. I’m sure there’s more besides the Main 3.
2: Give Dwarves, Draeneis, and Gnomes the Spotlight as well the High Elves. Yes I know Humans have been using up most of the Spotlight but so are Worgens, Night Elves, Void Elves, and Dark Iron Dwarves. I haven’t seen any Ironforged Dwarves within the Official War Campaign kicking some butt unless if you count that Dwarf guy who hates Orcs. No I’m taking about Good Muradin Bronzebeard doing something other than Arathi Warfront. Like helping out during the War Campaign. I want see more of the Draeneis of both the Regulars and Lightforged do something as well. Also want to see the Gnomes Retake back their city again since the poor little guys haven’t done much and are just starting to get some attention now.
Finally we have High Elves like Alleria and Vereesa doing nothing this Expansion. As someone like Alleria who is this legendary Ranger back in Second War and just showed up in legion and barely had any screentime at all to make room for this one random void elf character with no backstory is kind of disappointing and makes Alliance Elves less interesting. Which is why I would love to see the Windrunner Sisters actually do something in this Expansion or then One being gone throughout or just One being a Prop on a Boat doing nothing. Like for starters have them actually fight some Blood Elf Scum as well as kicking Orc and Troll Butt just like good old Alliance Elves back in Warcraft 2 and 3.
Now about the Void Elves through? Instead of doing some pointless ideas like making all High Elves turn into genetic dark elf blueberries why not have more Void Elf like Characters into the Void Elf race besides Umbric like Aethas Sunreaver for example or Valeera Sanguinar. Interesting Characters with backstories and lore besides this random Void Elf Mage who sounds like a boring School Teacher. Also give Void Elves some New Skin Colors like Black/Darker Skin Options as well as Monster Features than being a Blood Elf Model Reskin race. Besides I would like the Void Elves to be like the Naga but something ugly and twisted looking.
Of course the True Finally we have the Night Elves in terms of how they are I think the Night Elves should have some Characters killed off like Tyrande and Malfurian since all they did throughout the WoW Series was screaming how much they love each other than actually lead their people and of course atleast give some respect to their allies within the Alliance. I mean really leaving the Alliance over some dumb shattered shore instead of a place like Ashenvale sounds very forced and stupid in my opinion. Or if you are going to use Tyrande and Malfurian atleast let them do something that is on Alliance Neutral Respect than having a meltdown over a shore. Or just forget both of them let other Night Elf Characters like Jared Shadowsong, Maiev, Shandris, Broll Bearmantle, and etc finally get some screentime for once. I can’t think of any other night elf character that we haven’t seen besides seeing Tyrande and Malfurian.
3: Let the Alliance do some True Morally Grey Actions than some of that forced dull edgy stuff like Human Paladins becoming Lightforged and killing both Undead and Void Related Forces. Another Idea would be Umbric accepting the Whispers and going insane and the Void Elf Players choose to side with the Void Corrupted path than the Pure One like Alleria where Void Elves would get the Monster Features I have been talking about and of course kill the Lightbound troops of ether Human Paladins or Draeneis who worships the light. Besides Light and Void Actions you can have the Alliance Attack rest of the Forsaken Undead and Reclaim back Lordaeron under the Alliance Banner or have the Night Elves do some twisted actions that makes players within the Alliance side more with the ones who tries to bring in peace or side with the ones who just wants to kill everyone on slight.
So there you go. Sorry if this is long. But these are just my ideas of how to make the Alliance little bit Better than what they are. I hope to those who wished for the return of the True Old Alliance of Warcraft 2 and 3 will get their wishes soon.
