How to link or insert picture

As the topic states I am trying to insert a pic I took but can not figure out to to do this. Can anyone give me a hand on how this is accomplished.

You’ll need to upload it to a photo sharing site such as imgur. You can then post the link to that file on the forums.

You’ll need to use a tilde before and after the URL otherwise you’ll get an error…

So far using “[ImgBB dot com]” i can make “clickable” word(s) such as: Clickable but only changes color but it’s otherwise a “dead link” that doesn’t show nor link to a picture at all. And this is using the “BBcode” variant. And i get the ERROR unless i remove the hyperlink.

In summary, this method does not work.

I also verified using the Imgur dot com and no difference, however, someone posted on the forum thread i wanted to post, about some “trust level”. I’ve been paying to play this game for over 12 years and i’m not “TRUSTED” to post a screenshot? seriously?

Am i supposed to make a ticket to flag a GM to take a screenshot for me to use in the forums?

If you use the Imgur site to host your pics you get to choose from a bunch of different ways to link you picture. Choose the “message board” link option and paste the link into the chat window here.
