How to leave proving grounds?

How do you get out of the proving grounds?

Nevermind. I logged out, then it says i'm in the proving grounds, then i go back in, and i'm out. unclear. boo

The Proving Grounds are basically a single player scenario. Right-click your portrait and select "leave instance".

lol still doing it now too. i don't know why they just don't make it like the dungeon to leave instance that way. or you talk to kung fu panda and he ports you out.
