The topic summarizes my question basically. I’ve been using the two discovery recipes as much as I can, but I’m not getting anywhere. At this point, one discovery recipe is succeeding but giving me random potions that I already know.
Any advice? Or do I just keep chugging along hoping one day I’m graced by the RNG gods?
Other than checking the mats it requires and using one of them, it’s just RnG. I would just use your Meticulous once a day using the chepaest mat required for the potion.
As Gil says, you have to use a mat that is in the portion recipe… if it doesn’t use mycabloom and you only experiment with it, you’ll never get the recipe.
It uses every herb but mycobloom. It’s the last recipe I have to discover. I am getting 100% success in discoveries at the moment provided I use a herb that the recipe requires.
