How to kill myself? (inside raids)

I remember there was a dagger? The problem is that I’m in the crucifible and there is no way to get out other than heartstone but that means I need to get back to Draenor to do the other raids (My wormhole is on CD).

Edit: Got the Ra’sha’s Sacrificial Dagger but it doesn’t work on lvl 60…any other way?

There’s a way to get one but it’s been nerfed since MOP. So I dk,maybe it works outside an instance. You’ll have to open the quest for isle of thunder to get it off an npc there.

The dagger doesn’t work above a certain level.
