How to increase luck for gear?

It seem like i always get junk gear that is useless to me, but when i play with my homies they always getting titanforged 420+ gears and i am sitting here stuck with the poopy gear, never get lucky with my gear. I feel like i am being punished or i may have done something wrong, however not sure what exactly. Is there a way to get good karma or something so i can get better gear? To be honest it not very fun watching all my homies get + 25 ivl total higher than me while i get absolutely nothing, i know that makes me sound greedy… but really im not… i just wish every1 could get fair chance at loot tbh =(

my friends get 10 420 ivll gears in a row and i get nothing but garbage 385 gear despite us doing the same dungeon. how is that fair man?

Your iLvl average needs to be a bit higher to put you in the iLvl 400 loot range iirc.

The only thing you can control is to increase the frequency of doing things that potentially could drop gear.

Sacrifice a calculator of at least TI-84 or better every week in the name of Rngesus. This will appease it, granting you it’s blessing.

If this is your main, you’re gonna need to start pushing mythic+ if you wanna see more 400+ gear. M+10 gets you a guaranteed 410 in your chest per week. Lucky for you Rogue is a highly desired dps class for m+. I wouldn’t bother too much with Heroic BDA unless you got a decent guild to run with or can find a pug that doesn’t care about AoTC. M+ is the real ticket and you can run them as often as someone provides a key (or push your own). There are plenty of m+ that don’t require raiderio scores and might even overlook the lack thereof seeing as you’re a rogue.

Replacing all your azerite gear with the 415 azerite pieces you get from exchanging titan residuum. Do the weekly quests, emissaries, etc. Cap Conquest weekly so that you have x2 chests to open each week! Don’t bother with gear WQs as you’ll just be chasing that ever elusive titanforge. It happens, just not as often as it does in a m+.

Or you can level 20 Monks, get their class mount, and in the process pick up a Smelly’s Luckydo charm w/+5 luck each. They can be traded to other characters too. I’ve got 1 of them, but who knows if it actually does anything!
